Where / how to test market a heavy Scottish Ale?
I'm getting close to a Scottish drink beer recipe that I absolutely love, but Most of my friends think it's too heavy. I would be a foreign extra stout / Scottish Ale blend, not quite as dark-colored like a Guinness, but an English as a heavier malt ale. It is about 7%, and extremely smooth. Well I can drink a beer on a train. Almost like a Milky Way bar, beer or a Starbucks (but it coffee is not flavored, just rich). Most Americans want urine lager these days, even if I tend to visit a brewpub in Milwaukee or the heaviest Dublin ales to be 5-6% higher on the hop and a little opaque. Mine is moderate and basically hopped like a glass of healthy barley tea. It has got other people out there like the beer. Who would it be? How can I test it, to create a marketing plan?
You need a marketing company if you have a house with a bar in a brewery have attached great city or municipality. The market for beer is great, but so is the competition was not fooled by the big breweries, if you are on the surface scratch is a lot of micro-breweries are trying all sorts of different beers, ales and beers. I do not know the U.S. market, but in Blighty have most bars and pubs A number of guest beers and the night clubs have needed a lot of different bottled beers, selling them in time and money. After you connect your own outlet in the form of bar-and micro-brewery gives you the chance expirment and sell to others once you know the product appeals to others. http://brewpubzone.com/ http://matadornetwork.com/trips/the-top-20-microbreweries-in-america/ http://www.classiccitybrew.com/favoritebreweries.html
