Can you give me some business advice?
In the future I will .. Planning to open my own cafe. Its going to be unique with live bands every other night .. open mic .. Poetry nights, etc. The furniture includes lounge sofas, cute personal trainer and funky tables. It may be a mini arcade in a separate Space .. of coarse theres coffee and food will be. My business is to win a 16-20 something crowd. This seems like a business, the successful people and attractable would? Did it take .. where the transaction is .. Would you go? Do you think it could be a successful company? Is it wise to buy old and robust Structure and attach it to buy at lower prices than or to rent or a new building down?
I think it's a good idea, but it is not unique. This all will happen, although I'm not sure where you live. Is there a market for them in your area? Just because you would patronize a business like this, does not mean that everyone would. This is typically an artsy, eclectic crowd thing. Think of the bed material, you would want to cozy blanket? Probably not, as it would be difficult to clean and would look dirty after a while. Forget it, if you spill something on them! Again, this 16-year-olds drink Coffee? This may offer energy drinks and smoothies would be in order at least next to coffee. If you offer Wi-Fi? What do you do to squatters (people who come to the Wi-Fi usage, But do not buy anything)? There are a lot of things to think, but in general I find it a good idea. As a new company in a depressed market, you may find it difficult get a loan for a building, so you may have to rent. Look for places that offer customization, I think it means "to fit build. Good luck!
