How do I make a mixed ice coffee drink similar to a Starbucks frappachino?

I once tried to drink a lot frappachino type, and although my recipe is improving, there is a big difference between my homemade broth and the real thing. Whenever I use the coffee and ice, they separate mix after a few minutes. I think that maybe Starbucks is something in their ice that caused better mixing with the liquid. Anyone have any idea what could be? Or do you have other tips to make the mix the entire drink would evenly? Thank you!

Starbucks uses a "cream drink Basis "for all its Frappuccino blended drinks. Their mix contains sugar, milk powder and some thickener. Your missing ingredient is a thickening agent. The best answer Carrageenan is a bit of powder, such as the type that you find here to add: http://www.coffeewholesalers.com/coffeedrinksupplies.htm Carrageenan is a gum from algae obtained is used to thicken foods such as ice cream or soy milk. A little goes a long way – start with about 1 / 8 teaspoon and add more than necessary. Alternatively, you try something like chocolate or vanilla instant pudding mix. A tablespoon or two should have the desired effect, provided you enjoy the taste. I I also heard that sweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk (found in cans in every supermarket) can help with the swelling. Another possibility, iced coffee drinks To improve is to focus the use of cold-brewed coffee instead of espresso. Hot coffee or espresso will be bitter when mixed with ice or left to cool. Cold Coffee is grinding with a coarse, made 12-18 hours, and cold water. It also keep in the refrigerator for several weeks. If you make enough ice-cold drinks, it might be worth a look at a brewery in www.toddycafe.com.
